Infrastructure from the metal up — Hetzner, AWS, DigitalOcean and Cloudflare, provisioned and orchestrated with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD. Backend in Laravel and PHP. Python where the machine learning, RAG and data work sits. Vue, Nuxt and React on the front, MySQL and Oracle underneath.
And the layer most people leave off a stack list: deciding what gets built. Roadmap, prioritisation, architecture, and leading the teams that ship it. Those four jobs usually sit with four different people, and most of the delay on a project happens in the gaps between them.
